Rental Rates:

$225 / Night with a Two Night Minimum Stay.
$1400 week (up to 7 nights)

Long-term rates may be negotiated.
8.64% tax added to the room rate

  • Full payment including tax and security deposit completes the reservation. The rental Booking and Payment is made through the secure VRBO® (Vacation Rental By Owner) site accessed to the right.
  • The 100.00 FULLY REFUNDABLE security deposit is added to the rental (after tax).  The security deposit is refunded within 15 days of check-out minus any charges for damages.
  • A signed rental agreement must be emailed or sent via US Mail within 7 days of booking.


Notify us as soon as your plans change. This can either be done by emailing or calling 217-254-3235.

  • Cancellations received:
    • Thirty days (30) or more prior to check-in will result in a 100% refund of all fees.
    • Ten (10) or more days prior to check-in will result in half the rental fee and all of the security deposit being refunded.
    • Within three (3) days of check-in will receive only the security deposit refund.
    • OR a full payment will be credited towards another stay within a year of the original reservation.
  • No refunds will be given for weather or other events outside our control that prevent the Guest from arriving on the agreed upon dates.

Maximum Occupancy:

The maximum number of overnight guests in the home is limited to 8 persons.  Contact the owner to discuss other arrangements such as tents, sleeping bags, etc. to accommodate more than 8 occupants. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight on the property.


Pets are not allowed on the property either inside or outside the home. Prairie Paws Inn is a wonderful boarding facility for dogs within five miles of Two Roads.


Smoking is not allowed within the home or on the front porch.  Smoking is allowed on the patio and throughout the grounds as long as smoking materials are disposed of properly. Violation of this policy may result in forfeiture of some or all of the security deposit.

Extra Cleaning Expense:

If cleaning in excess of normal occupancy is required, a fee of no less than seventy-five ($75.00) dollars will be deducted from your security deposit.
